Every purchase of a new vehicle from Mitsubishi authorised dealer is automatically entitled to one (1) year complimentary membership. For the subsequent year, members are required to renew with Mitsubishi panel insurance providers at any authorised dealer.

In the event of an accident or a breakdown, Mitsubishi Assist 24HRS team will provide towing service to aid and assist you with maximum towing charges of up to RM400 per incident.

In the event of a breakdown, Mitsubishi Assist 24HRS team will provide minor roadside assistance such as tyre change up to a maximum labor cost of RM200 per incident.

Mitsubishi Assist 24HRS team will deliver and install battery (subject to availability) for up to a maximum labor cost of RM200.
* The cost of the battery shall be borne by the member.
Should you run out of fuel while driving, Mitsubishi Assist 24HRS team will deliver petrol or diesel to enable you to reach the nearest petrol station. Delivery charges are subject to a maximum of RM200.

In the event of vehicle breakdown at more than 100km from home and if repair work takes more than 48 hours, Mitsubishi Assist 24HRS team will arrange transportation or accommodation and reimburse the cost of up to RM450 per incident.
In the event of an emergency, Mitsubishi Assist 24HRS will inform the member's next-of-kin at no cost, subject to authorisation by the member.
In the event of an accident, Mitsubishi Assist 24HRS will arrange an ambulance or other means of transportation to send the member to the nearest medical centre or hospital.
