SERVICE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  1. To monitor workshop daily performance to ensure efficiency, reduce downtime, uphold quality and improve performance
  2. To lead and manage team towards achieving section’s key performance indicators and fostering team work
  3. To maximize productivity levels of service staff
  4. To ensure that all facilities, tools and equipment are maintained on a regular basis
  5. To ensure that all staff is familiar with safety in the workplace and the environmental compliance of disposal of all wastage
  6. Handle cross-functional interactions with other department
  7. To ensure department contributes an acceptable level of gross and net profit
  8. To grow the volume of service work and parts sales
  9. Set-up a customer complaint process and ensure quick response and resolution of customer complaints
  10. Provide all customers with after sales support at all times
  11. Create warranty support structure for all customers

 

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Automotive Engineering or related field
  2. At least 5 years working experience in the related field is required
  3. Applicants must be willing to work at any branch within the organization as assigned
  4. Computer literate and excellent with Microsoft Office
  5. A team player with strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  6. A good presentation skills

HEAD OF SALES / HEAD OF SERVICE

TECHNICAL ASSISTANT / SERVICE ADVISOR

Responsibilities:

  1. Attend to customers’ service / repair needs in an attentive and courteous manner. Able to diagnose problem and suggest possible solutions
  2. Answering incoming calls promptly and handling requests
  3. Perform service reminder process and managing service appointment
  4. Responsible on the service transaction process. Issue job sheets, follow-up on work progress and update and invoice customer accordingly, inspect and deliver the car in good order
  5. Carry out follow-up calls to get customers’ feedback for further action
  6. Prepare and submit the relevant service performance and free service coupon report
  7. To ensure the reception service and waiting area is in a proper order
  8. To undertake any cross functional activities assigned by the Head or appointed supervisors

 

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least STPM / MLVK / Diploma in Automotive Engineering or related field
  2. 1 or 2 years’ experience as Technician would be advantageous
  3. Good written and oral in Malay, English and Mandarin
  4. Ability to assess customer’s needs and identify appropriate solutions
  5. Initiative, self-motivated, positive, hardworking and able to work under minimum supervision
  6. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office)

SALES ADMINISTRATOR / ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform administrative and clerical duties including completion of order forms, stock taking, daily closing and collection, handling of incoming calls, taking / distributing message to appreciate staff & etc.
  2. Assist manager in maintaining the showroom facilities, display cars, test drive cars maintenance, sales advisors duty roster
  3. Preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports
  4. Attend and undertake any cross functional assignments
  5. Assist in showroom sales events and activities, such as sales meetings, showroom campaigns, new product launches and road shows

 

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field
  3. Good written and oral in English, Chinese and Malay
  4. Proficient in computer and internet application
  5. Knowledge of record management, administrative / clerical support and branch administration
  6. Highly motivated enthusiastic personnel who can work independently in a team, and result-oriented
  7. Pleasant appearance, mature ad positive attitude

CAR SALES ADVISORS

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct indoor or outdoor promotion / marketing and sales
  2. Achieving company monthly sales targets
  3. Deliver excellent sales and after-sales service to customers with passion
  4. Handling customer enquiries and feedbacks with positive attitude
  5. Must work closely and co-operate with other sales operation team and cross functional team to complete the sales process, car registration process and car delivery process in proper and good manner

 

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma
  2. At least 2 years of working experience in car sales
  3. Strong interpersonal skill and an analytical mind
  4. Good oral and written communication in Malay & English
  5. Proficient in Mandarin is added advantage
  6. Possess team spirit

CAR MECHANICS / TECHNICIANS

Responsibilities:

  1. Examine, overhaul, troubleshoot and diagnose
  2. Carry out maintenance and repair
  3. Knowledge and use of diagnostic equipment’s and troubleshooting techniques

 

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least SPM / MLVK / Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or equivalent
  2. At least 2 years’ experience of working experience in the related field or service center
  3. Hard working, initiative, self-motivated, willing to learn and committed to carry out duties
  4. Good command of written and spoken of Malay or English
  5. Able to carry out duties under minimum supervision

PARTS & STORE CONTROLLER / ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for parts inventory control (planning, monitoring stock level, ordering and receiving). Prepare and updated payment records
  2. Work closely with Technician / Service Advisor team to manage warranty part order. Follow-up the parts ordering and delivery closely with suppliers. Ensure prompt part delivery on urgent, back order
  3. Ensure store room is kept tidy and in a systematic order for the easy of retrieval
  4. Responsible for the warranty claims process with technician and service advisor team to ensure accuracy
  5. Prepare and submit the warranty claims reports on time, and follow-up the claims closely
  6. Co-ordinate the installation of warranty parts stocks with technician and service advisor team
  7. Ensure proper documentation and filing for easy of verification, traceability and auditing
  8. Responsible to co-ordinate daily closing stock checking and closing with other technician and service advisor team

 

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least STPM / MLVK / Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent
  2. 1 or 2 years working experience in spare parts / stocks distribution environment
  3. Good communication skills in Malay & English. Mandarin spoken is an added advantage
  4. Good planning, analytical and administrative skills
  5. Ability to perform duties in a result-oriented and measureable manner
